We know that each project is unique, that is why at the beginning all the aspects and specifications of the land, the guidelines and the deadlines set by the client are analyzed. The Sotoancho Instalaciones Hípicas team is made up of a magnificent group of professionals who will know how to offer you the best solution for your project.

One of the requested services is the complete execution of the project, where through the realization of the Masterplan a complete study is carried out for the construction of your equestrian project or the partial renovation of the existing equipment.

For this service we work together with Horses & Homes, since their team of architects and engineers will outline the best orientation, access areas, stabling areas, tracks, paddocks, service area, etc., to get the most out of its new facilities. Our team of assemblers performs the installation adjusting to the technical details of each piece of equipment.

The first visit to the farm is used to meet with the owner, learn about the needs of the project and carry out the first measurements on the ground.

It is very useful for this first contact to have topographic plans of the area where the work is projected to know the orientation, the areas with the highest meteorological incidence, if there are sunny areas, shaded areas, slopes, etc.

Once all the information has been collected, the first phase of the Masterplan consists of the presentation of an initial planning where you can see the distribution of each area of the equestrian center. Once the first plan is approved, we move on to Phase II of the Masterplan (next tab).

 

 

 

 

In the second phase of the Masterplan, the modifications or suggestions discussed during the initial planning are made and the technical plans and a 3D recreation of the facilities are made.

With this document, the promoter can plan and even start the land adaptation works. With the approval Phase II of the Masterplan begins (next tab).

              

 

 

 

 

 

 

In this phase, the drafting of the works project is presented with all the technical details of construction. Optionally, you can continue with the monitoring and certification of the work until its completion.
